grave mistake!

Yesterday, I made my very first grave mistake at work. And because of that mistake, we almost lost a client, and my bosses tried to work everything out, and I felt really bad. They also worked over time just to clear up my mistake, and until today, they were still busy with trying to find a solution to it. I wasn't worried that they might fire me (I'm kinda confident they won't), but I was kind of ashamed, because the clients weren't shouting at me, but at my boss. Huhuhu. T_T

And you know what my boss told me after everything was settled?

BOSS: O ngayon alam mo na ha.
YARA: Pasensya na po talaga..
BOSS: It's okay. Beginner's mistake.
