Ever since SonMar's transfer, the staff seemed to forget my past issues. I think I heard his name being mentioned only about five times, and it was just to ask me when he will return from his vacation to which I honestly do not know the answer. There was this one time, though, when JMC was so drunk that she straightforwardly asked me "Magkaalaman na nga! Ano ba talaga kayo ni SonMar?!", to which I answered kaliwali.
So this guy who kissed me during one of our drinking sessions (my first cheat) recently asked me to have lunch with him in his house, which I refused when I accidentally heard him call JMC in her phone. I mean, why are they talking on the phone? I didn't think they are that close, unless they also have their own kissing episode/s. And besides, Pearl keeps on telling me not to bother with this guy because he already has a child outside of marriage, and he is also known for his playboy personality. Point accepted.
Then there is this other guy who is a Sri Lankan (I remember SonMar telling me before that Sri Lankans are very persistent when they are in love. Uh-oh). I first started to notice his attention when I asked him for one stick of coffee, and he bought me one pack. Then he started chatting with me, with his trademark line 'hello maganda'. And I finally confirmed it when Bachan told me one time that he heard somebody likes me very, very much, then smiled at Sri Lankan. And now this guy has openly told everyone that he likes me, and he keeps asking me out to lunch or dinner. I do not know how to handle him. This is, right now, my biggest problem.
And then there's our manager. I like him very much and I think he is really cool, but I am not attracted to him. I tried to dismiss the idea that he likes me, but it is quite noticeable sometimes. And there are staff who knows about this. The good thing about him though is that whatever personal attraction he's got for me, it doesn't get in the way of our work. He is still my manager, and I am his staff.
Now there's Habibi. Until now I cannot confirm his side on this matter, but I also like this one very, very much. Romantically, I do not know yet. He is super nice. As in. Objectively speaking, if I get married to this guy, I know I will not have any problems. Really. Problem is he is not a Filipino. He is Christian, though. And he eats pork. And he is cute. And we are of the same age. And he is sweet. And I enjoy talking with him. And I won't mind if he is my fifteenth. Actually, I'd be glad.
See? Too much male attention.
Anu ba yan. Kala mo naman kagandahan.
