I had found a more interesting way to save up on energy. I had posted some time ago that my brother’s book collection is stacked on my bedroom, and since I was not on the mood to watch any movies or series, and we do not have an internet connection at home, I decided to randomly pick up one of his books, and I was very glad I did.

I am currently reading Roger Zelazny’s Chronicles of Amber. It started really good, and I was hooked with the main character already. The problem is, the book is around 700+ pages long and I don’t know if I have enough time to finish the novel. Now I’m regretting that I took things for granted and I can’t read any of my brother’s books in the months (or years) to come. I downloaded the pdf format, but after 10 minutes of reading, my eyes got tired. If I take it with me, I wonder if my brother would notice he’s missing a 700+ pages long book on the shelf.

They do have bookstores in Dubai, right? With English books, hopefully.
