Just to put it shortly, here’s what’s been happening at work these few weeks:
Recently, my boss got over frustrated with the sales of one of our branches. Out on an impromptu decision (and anger), he took that responsibility off from the sales manager and placed it on me. So now I am cramping my eight hours daily into three jobs: housekeeping, front desk, and sales & marketing. Three offices, three locations , three different mindsets.
I wonder how far he will put his trust in me, because I don’t think I can handle all three.
