Two years had passed since I last played an SNES rpg. I remember it as being my favorite past time. Too favrite that I would even miss my exam – my FINAL exam. I mean, how would I know that my prof will be giving out an exam on the last day of the semester? I thought it's okay to be late because, well, I'm nearing the end of FF4, and boy, is Kain hot, but oh well. The consequence? I got an INCOMPLETE permanently marked on my Transcript of Grades, and it wasn't a very pleasing sight, and somehow, I was able to explain to my parents (Eh kasi naman ung prof ko eh! Ang terror! And dami nga nung binagsak e, buti ako incomplete lang! Ewan ko ba kung bakit ako incomplete dyan! Buti nalang PE lang sya!)
So back to my RPG craze. Lately, I've become too busy watching Jdramas and Avatar the Last Airbender. In the middle of all my watching (still got more than 10 pending Jdramas to watch), I felt like I wanted to do something more fun when I suddenly remembered SNES! It took me a while to find my emulator and precious ROMs and copy it to my HD. I searched for different game reviews to fing the best SNES rpg's but found out that I have already played all of the top listed games (Earthbound, FF4/5/6,MQ, Breath of Fire 1/2, Lufia 1/2, Star Ocean, Terranigma, Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, Zelda: Link to the Past, and the most popular of them all – Chrono Trigger). I downloaded Tales of Phantasia, but never got to finish the game because I don't like the battle modes. I got tired of playing it, and that's when I also remember that I can also play PS games on my PC. I already got the emulator, so I just have to download game files using torrent.
Right now, I'm close to finishing Legend of Legaia. I have completed downloading 10 other games, and with that number, I will be very busy and my pending Jdramas will just be what the are – pending. But not Avatar. Never Avatar. Now only if Nick would release the 14th episode of Book 3…
