So recently I've been good friends with a co-employee who is a Nepalese guy. Everytime we have few customers, he will come to my area and we will chat about almost anything (but usually coffee and movies). Sometimes we also chat in facebook. Now this guy is JMC's habibi, and during the time JMC was still hurting after her break-up with SonMar, habibi was the one who keeps on comforting her. I had the impression that habibi likes JMC, but now..

Even if he knows I am SO in love with coffee, would he really invite me to Starbucks for that reason only?

And earlier, we made a promise to each other that starting next month, he will stop smoking, and I will stop drinking coffee in return. Seriously.

He will ask my roommates if I am keeping my promise, and vice versa. And I had this conversation with Barun earlier at the staff room during my break:

BARUN: Why are you asking if I am roommates with habibi?
ME: Because I have to ask you starting next month if habibi is not smoking anymore.
BARUN: Why?
ME: Because we made a promise that he will stop smoking and I will stop drinking coffee.
BARUN: And what if he does? You will go out on Feb14?
ME: What? No.
BARUN: It's Valentines, you know.
ME: I know. But no.
BARUN: *smirks*

And well, habibi is kinda good looking, and he is a very nice guy. The thing is, once again, there will be a conflict between JMC and I, but with a different man this time. My gawd, why do we always have to be attached (and attracted) to the same guy??
