I have a grudge with my senior manager because he terminated the contract of one of my staff without letting me know first. So yes, he is higher in position, but we are talking about MY staff. If he have problems with them, he should inform me so I can discipline them. But no, I was suddenly told that by tomorrow, I will have one less manpower, and I have to look for another person to replace her. So I talked with my manager and I pleaded to have her back.
